‘The Star’ Youth Choir
Where every child can ‘shine’ for God!

The mission of The Star Youth Choir is to expose our youth to Christian music of all genres that will nurture not only a love for music but a love for God. The choir performs during morning worship every fourth Sunday on Youth Day and consists of Southern Star children and teens, ages 6 to 16, including a troupe that travels to the church from Frankfort. The choir’s repertoire echoes traditional gospel ballads and contemporary praise choruses, with future plans to implement a new hand bell choir.
